Ingredients

  • lean stew meat
  • carrots
  • onions
  • potatoes
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1 can celery soup
  • 1 cup ginger ale
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place stew meat on the bottom of the casserole dish.
  2. Layer the carrots over the meat, then onions, and finally the potatoes on top.
  3. Mix together the mushroom soup, celery soup, and ginger ale.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the layered ingredients.
  5. Cover with foil.
  6. Bake in a 325°F oven for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
