Cuban-style churros with a crispy exterior and tender interior, perfect for snack or dessert. Coated with sugar and ideal for sharing with friends and family.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. milk

Instructions

  1. Put milk, butter, and salt to boil.
  2. Add flour and stir quickly until combined.
  3. Put dough into a cookie press.
  4. Twist out dough in large concentric circles into hot fat.
  5. Fry until golden brown, turning when necessary.
  6. Remove churros when both sides are brown.
  7. Drain on paper towels.
  8. Sprinkle with sugar before serving.
