Ingredients

  • 8 oz cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp chutney
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • 2 Tbsp grated onion or sliced scallion
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • dash pepper
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds

Instructions

  1. Process cooked chicken in a food processor for 5 seconds using the steel blade.
  2. Add cream cheese, chutney, curry powder, grated onion or sliced scallion, mayonnaise, and pepper.
  3. Process for 5 to 10 seconds until well blended.
  4. Transfer the mixture to an au gratin dish.
  5. Spread toasted slivered almonds on top.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve with large corn chips.
