Instructions
- Cream sugar and shortening. Add milk, eggs and vanilla.
- Blend alternately with mixed dry ingredients and cider.
- Mix in apples and nuts.
- Grease and flour large bread pan.
- Sprinkle with topping of 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 teaspoons sugar.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
