Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 6 cubes chicken bouillon
  • 6 cups water

Instructions

  1. Saute garlic and onions in oil until onions are clear.
  2. Add diced tomatoes, Ro-Tel, chicken bouillon, and water to the pot.
  3. Simmer as long as needed to develop flavors.
  4. For meat lovers, add browned and drained hamburger or sausage to the simmering mixture.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips instead of crackers in your bowl.
