Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • 1 can milk
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
  • 12 flour tortillas
  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 3/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • sliced olives

Instructions

  1. Mix the cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, diced green chilies, and milk; set aside.
  2. Cut chicken breast into small pieces and grill until cooked.
  3. Combine the cooked chicken with sliced green onions and sliced olives.
  4. Fill each flour tortilla with the meat mixture and Monterey Jack cheese, then roll up.
  5. Place the filled tortillas in a baking dish and cover with the prepared soup mixture.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
