Cindy'S Mango Bread
Ingredients
Instructions
- Sift flour, cinnamon, salt, sugar and baking soda together in a large bowl.
- Then add the eggs, margarine, mangoes, coconut, salad oil, raisins and walnuts.
- Mix all ingredients together. Pour into four small loaf pans.
- Let stand for 20 minutes.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
- Store in refrigerator.
