Cinnamon Apple Cider Cake
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 2 cups brown sugar ⓘ
- 3 eggs ⓘ
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/2 cup Soom Foods tehina ⓘ
- 1/4 cup apple sauce ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract ⓘ
- 2 tsp. baking soda ⓘ
- 1/2 tsp. salt ⓘ
- 3.5 tsp. cinnamon ⓘ
- 1.5 tsp. nutmeg ⓘ
- 3 apples (peeled and diced)
- 1 cup ground walnuts ⓘ

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Mix eggs, tehina, apple cider and vanilla together in a bowl
- Combine all dry ingredients in a separate bowl and stir
- Add dry ingredients to the cider mixture, then add apples and walnuts
- Pour into a greased bundt pan
- Bake for 50 minutes (or until toothpick comes out clean)
