Instructions
- Cream the butter.
- Add powdered sugar and salt.
- Add applesauce and vanilla.
- Blend in flour.
- Place on ungreased sheet in balls.
- Flatten with a glass dipped in sugar.
- Roll warm cookies in cinnamon and sugar.
- Bake at 325° for 15 to 18 minutes.
