Ingredients

  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon
  • 1 box instant lemon pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix the lemon cake mix, instant lemon pudding, cooking oil, water, and eggs together in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the cinnamon and sugar; set aside.
  3. Grease a tube pan and sprinkle about half of the cinnamon and sugar mixture evenly inside the pan.
  4. Pour the cake batter into the prepared pan.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cinnamon and sugar mixture on top of the batter.
