Cinnamon Pudding Dessert

Ingredients

  • Cake
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Sauce
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix cake ingredients together. Spread in 8" x 8" baking dish.
  2. Reusing the same bowl, combine sauce ingredients.
  3. Pour over cake batter. DO NOT STIR OR MIX.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 -35 minutes.
  5. Let stand 10 minutes.
  6. Serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
