Ingredients

  • 1 lb. walnuts
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp. water
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place walnuts in a bowl.
  2. Beat egg white, water, and salt until frothy.
  3. Stir in walnuts and coat well with the mixture.
  4. Mix sugar and cinnamon together and stir into the coated nuts.
  5. Spray a cookie sheet lightly with Pam and spread the walnuts evenly on it.
  6. Bake in a 250°F oven for 1 hour.
  7. Turn the walnuts with a spatula after 30 minutes to loosen and ensure even coating.
