Ingredients

  • 2 oz. citric acid
  • 7 cups sugar
  • 2 quarts boiling water
  • 1 large can pineapple juice
  • 1 small can frozen orange juice
  • 4 quarts cold water

Instructions

  1. Pour boiling water over citric acid to dissolve.
  2. Add sugar, cold water, pineapple juice, and orange juice.
  3. Freeze until it reaches mush or frappe stage.
  4. Color if desired.
