Ingredients

  • 1 lb. marshmallows
  • 3 c. orange juice
  • juice of lemon
  • sweetened whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Cut the marshmallows into quarters and place them into a double boiler.
  2. Add the orange juice and cook until the marshmallows are thoroughly dissolved.
  3. Chill the mixture slightly, then pour into sherbet glasses.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator, then serve topped with sweetened whipped cream.
