Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. instant tapioca
  • 2 c. orange-pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. canned mandarin orange sections, drained
  • 1 c. canned pineapple in its own juice, drained

Instructions

  1. Combine the instant tapioca and orange-pineapple juice in a saucepan.
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat until the mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Add lemon juice.
  5. Cool; stir occasionally.
  6. Add fruit and chill until firm.
