Spiced Holiday Tea

Instructions
- Bring 7 cups of water and the sugar to a boil in a large saucepan; cook until the sugar dissolves.
- Add the tea bags. Remove from the heat and steep for 5 minutes; remove the tea bags.
- Add the orange juice concentrate, 1 can of water, and lemon juice to the tea mixture.
- In a separate pan, combine 4 cups of water, cinnamon sticks, and cloves.
- Simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. Strain and add to the tea mixture.
- Serve hot, garnished with lemon slices or cinnamon sticks.
