Ingredients

  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 dashes Tabasco sauce

Instructions

  1. Warm all ingredients in a saucepan.
  2. Place ribs in a 475°F oven for 30 minutes.
  3. Put slices of onion and lemon juice on ribs.
  4. Lower oven temperature to 350°F and pour sauce over ribs.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, basting ribs every 15 minutes.
