Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup orange-pineapple juice
  • 2 teaspoons chicken soup mix
  • 1 cup wild rice

Instructions

  1. Bring water, orange-pineapple juice, chicken soup mix, and wild rice to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  2. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer until rice is tender, about 40 to 50 minutes.
  3. Check after 30 minutes to see if rice is sticking; add a little water if necessary.
  4. Serve with Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs.
