Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can chicken noodle soup
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 pkg. frozen peas
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
  2. Brown ground beef in same skillet, added to onion and green pepper mixture.
  3. Add remaining ingredients.
  4. Pour into 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
