Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 6 tablespoons milk
  • 6 eggs

Instructions

  1. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt, then knead into a smooth ball.
  2. Divide the dough and roll out into circles to your desired thickness.
  3. Lay the circles out to dry.
  4. Cut the dried circles into your preferred lengths to form noodles.
  5. Bag and store in the freezer for future use.
