A quick and flavorful stir-fry featuring tender beef strips cooked with colorful bell peppers and onions, perfect for a satisfying weeknight meal with rice.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. beef sirloin steak
  • 1 Tbsp. Kikkoman stir-fry sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2 medium green, red or yellow bell peppers
  • 2 medium onions
  • hot cooked rice

Instructions

  1. Cut beef across the grain into thin strips, then into 1-inch squares.
  2. Coat beef with 1 tablespoon stir-fry sauce.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a hot wok or large skillet over high heat.
  4. Add beef and stir-fry for 1 minute; remove from pan.
  5. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in the same pan.
  6. Add bell peppers and onions; stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  7. Stir in beef and 1/4 cup stir-fry sauce.
  8. Cook and stir just until beef and vegetables are coated with sauce.
  9. Serve immediately with hot cooked rice.
