Ingredients

  • 3 lb hamburger
  • 1/2 qt water
  • 1 large can chili beans
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • chili powder to taste
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 quart tomato juice
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 package chili mix

Instructions

  1. Cook hamburger, chopped green pepper, and chopped onions together.
  2. Add chili mix to the cooked meat and vegetables.
  3. In a separate large pot, cook spaghetti until tender.
  4. Drain the cooked spaghetti.
  5. Combine all ingredients in the large pot.
  6. Simmer the mixture for 30 minutes.
  7. If the chili is too thick, add more tomato juice or water as needed.
