Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 c. granulated sugar
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 2 1/2 c. oats
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Combine cocoa, sugar, butter, salt, and milk in a saucepan. Heat until it starts to boil.
  2. Boil for 1 minute.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter, oats, and vanilla.
  4. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper and let cool.
  5. Store in the refrigerator in a tin or container.
