Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small can evaporated milk
  • 1/2 stick oleo or butter, melted
  • 1 cup Angel Flake coconut
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

Instructions

  1. Beat the eggs slightly.
  2. Mix sugar and cocoa together.
  3. Add the sugar and cocoa mixture to the eggs and mix well.
  4. Add the evaporated milk, melted oleo or butter, and coconut to the egg mixture and stir until combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie shell.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes until set.
