Ingredients

  • 3 lb ground round
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups dry bread crumbs
  • 1 envelope onion soup mix
  • 3/4 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Mix ground round, beaten eggs, dry bread crumbs, onion soup mix, and milk well.
  2. Pat the mixture into a 15 x 9-inch ungreased jelly roll pan.
  3. Bake uncovered at 400°F for 25 to 30 minutes.
  4. Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
  5. Separate the squares slightly.
  6. Cover, label, and freeze for up to 2 months.
