- Combine the yellow cake mix, vanilla instant pudding, water, eggs, and oil in a mixing bowl.
- Beat the mixture for 4 minutes at medium speed.
- Stir in the coconut and chopped walnuts until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into a greased and floured tube pan.
- Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 1 hour.
- Allow the cake to cool for 15 minutes in the pan, then remove and cool completely.
- Frost the cake with cream cheese frosting.
- Spread remaining coconut on top of the frosted cake.
