- Mix until smooth.
- Gradually add heavy cream, mixing until smooth.
- Turn the potato mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Refrigerate overnight or bake immediately.
- Dot the top of potatoes with 2 tablespoons butter and paprika.
- Bake in a 325°F oven for 30 minutes, then increase oven temperature to 375°F and bake an additional 30 minutes.
