Ingredients

  • white cake mix
  • 12 Tbsp. melted butter or oleo
  • 20 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. condensed milk
  • 2 to 3 cups coconut (flaked or Angel Flake)

Instructions

  1. Bake any white cake mix according to package instructions.
  2. While the cake is baking, mix together 12 Tbsp. melted butter, 20 Tbsp. brown sugar, 6 Tbsp. condensed milk, and 2 to 3 cups of coconut.
  3. Once the cake is done, pour the coconut mixture over the warm cake.
  4. Brown the topping under the broiler, watching closely to prevent burning.
  5. Serve warm.
