Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup light Karo syrup
  • 2 1/2 cups coconut
  • 12 oz. package chocolate chips
  • paraffin wax

Instructions

  1. Bring the light Karo syrup to a rolling boil.
  2. Remove from stove and add coconut.
  3. Let stand for 2 hours.
  4. Dampen hands and roll the coconut mixture into balls.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips and paraffin wax together.
  6. Use your own judgment to determine how much paraffin to add.
  7. Dip the coconut balls into the melted chocolate coating.
