Coconut Crumb Cake

- In mixing bowl, mix flour and sugar; mix in butter until mealy.
- Mix 1 cup of mixture with 3/4 cup coconut (reserve).
- To the rest of the mixture add 3/4 cup coconut, salt, cinnamon and cloves.
- Stir together the milk and soda; add this to the mixture. Add egg and mix well with spoon.
- Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture on top.
- Bake in 375° oven for 35 minutes.
