Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In one-half cup warm water, mix 1 teaspoon sugar with yeast. Let sit until yeast rises.
  2. Remove coconut meat from shell; rinse and grate.
  3. Add 2 cups warm water to pulp; mix and squeeze out milk.
  4. Repeat with 1 1/2 cups warm water.
  5. Discard pulp.
