- Add coconut and confectioners sugar; mix thoroughly.
- Freeze the mixture for 2 hours.

- Using a double boiler, melt paraffin and semi-sweet chocolate chips together.
- Insert a toothpick into each coconut ball.
- Dip the balls into the melted chocolate using the toothpick.
- Allow the coated balls to cool on waxed paper.
- Remove toothpicks or leave them in as desired.
- Store in refrigerator.
