Ingredients

  • 3 pkg. butterscotch chips
  • 1 large can chow mein noodles
  • 1 large jar dry roasted nuts

Instructions

  1. Melt butterscotch chips in a large bowl in the microwave just until completely melted.
  2. While still hot, mix in the dry roasted nuts and chow mein noodles.
  3. Mix thoroughly to combine all ingredients.
  4. Drop spoonfuls onto waxed paper and let stand until cool and set.
  5. If the mixture begins to harden before you finish, microwave it for a few seconds to soften.
