Ingredients

  • 2 large coconuts coconut milk
  • 6 egg whites
  • 5 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • 6 dessert spoons water
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Extract coconut milk from 2 large coconuts and chill it.
  2. Dissolve 5 envelopes of unflavored gelatin in 6 dessert spoons of water and set aside.
  3. Beat 6 egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gradually add 1 cup of sugar to the egg whites and continue beating until glossy.
  5. Gently fold in the dissolved gelatin into the egg whites.
  6. Carefully fold in the chilled coconut milk until well combined.
  7. Pour the mixture into serving dishes and refrigerate overnight to set.
  8. Serve the coconut mousse chilled as a light, snowy-white dessert.
