Instructions
- Combine flour, chopped pecans, and melted margarine; mix well.
- Press evenly into the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Bake at 350°F until lightly brown. Cool.
- Beat the cream cheese until very soft.
- Gradually add 1/2 cup of cold milk, and blend for 2 minutes.
- Add the remaining milk and the instant vanilla pudding; blend for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the remaining coconut and chopped pecans.
- Pour the pudding mixture over the baked crust.
- Spread Cool Whip evenly over the pudding.
- Sprinkle with additional coconut and chopped pecans.
- Chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
