Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 3/4 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup self-rising flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 7 ounces Angel Flake coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix together eggs, sugar, self-rising flour, milk, vanilla, melted margarine, and coconut until well combined.
  2. Pour the mixture into pie dishes.
  3. Bake at 325°F for 30 to 40 minutes until set and golden.
