Ingredients

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 2/3 c. shortening
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. Angel Flake coconut

Instructions

  1. Cream together the sugar, oleo, and shortening.
  2. Add the eggs and mix well.
  3. Sift together the flour and baking powder, then add them alternately with the milk to the mixture.
  4. Fold in the coconut.
  5. Bake in an angel cake pan at 350°F for 1 1/2 hours.
