Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/4 cup coconut
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients well until smooth.
  2. Use as a spread on toast, biscuits, cake, muffins, etc.
  3. Can be spread on toast then put under the broiler and lightly browned.
  4. Very good on sliced yesterday's biscuits when toasted in the oven.
