- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Combine butter, salt, pepper, parsley, and rosemary in a small bowl.
- Mix well to create the herb butter mixture.
- Cut six 12-inch pieces of heavy-duty foil.
- Spread approximately 1 tablespoon of the butter mixture onto each ear of corn, reserving the remaining butter mixture.
- Place one ear of corn diagonally on each piece of foil.
- Roll up each foil package tightly around the corn.
- Twist the ends of the foil to seal securely.
- Place the wrapped corn on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Untwist the ends of the foil and unroll the packages.
- Optional: fold the edges of foil up around each ear of corn to form a 'boat'.
- Top each ear of corn with a small amount of the remaining butter mixture before serving.
