Ingredients

  • 1 plain white cake mix
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 can cream of coconut
  • coconut
  • nuts

Instructions

  1. Mix and bake the cake according to the package directions, then let it cool for about 15 minutes.
  2. Poke holes in the top of the cooled cake using a fork or skewer.
  3. Mix together the can of Eagle Brand milk and the can of cream of coconut until well combined.
  4. Pour the milk mixture evenly over the top of the cake, allowing it to soak in.
  5. Place the cake in the refrigerator and let it set for several hours or until the mixture is absorbed.
  6. Sprinkle shredded coconut and nuts on top of the cake before serving.
