Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/2 cup flake coconut
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 4 egg whites, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat egg whites until foamy, then gradually add sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
  2. Fold in crushed graham crackers, flake coconut, chopped nuts, and salt into the egg whites mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into a large pie tin or cake pan.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) until golden and cooked through, about 20 minutes.
  5. Serve warm or cooled, optionally with ice cream.
