Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. sausage
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning
  • salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Scramble sausage in a large skillet and cook until almost done.
  2. Chop green peppers and onions; add to the skillet and cook until done.
  3. Add corn, diced tomatoes, Mrs. Dash seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve best with cornbread.
