Ingredients

  • 2 c. flaked coconut
  • 2 c. confectioners sugar
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine, softened
  • 1 tsp. almond extract
  • 2 to 4 oz. dark chocolate confectioners coating
  • green sugar and red hot candies

Instructions

  1. Combine the flaked coconut, confectioners sugar, softened butter or margarine, and almond extract; mix well.
  2. Drop by tablespoon onto a waxed paper-lined cookie sheet.
  3. Chill for 1 hour.
  4. Shape into trees.
