Ingredients

  • 8 oz. brewed coffee
  • 1 pt. vanilla ice cream
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Take hot coffee and place in blender.
  2. Add sugar and ice cream.
  3. Blend until thick and creamy, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  4. Pour in cup.
  5. Top with cinnamon and whipped cream (optional).
  6. Serve with favorite cookies.
