Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. hot water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. instant coffee
  • 4 c. eggnog
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream
  • 1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • instant coffee (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine hot water and instant coffee. Stir until dissolved.
  2. Add eggnog, brown sugar, and cinnamon to the mixture.
  3. Beat with a mixer until the sugar is dissolved.
  4. Chill thoroughly in the refrigerator.
  5. At serving time, in a small mixing bowl, beat whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
  6. Pour the eggnog mixture into 4-ounce cups or glasses.
  7. Top with whipped cream.
  8. Sprinkle with instant coffee (optional).
