Ingredients

  • round tortilla chips
  • sour cream
  • chopped green onions
  • shredded lettuce
  • salsa (Pace Picante; hot)
  • refried beans
  • shredded Cheddar cheese
  • sliced tomato
  • black olives

Instructions

  1. Put salsa in a bowl in the middle of the tray.
  2. Cut, shred, and chop all ingredients as needed.
  3. Place a layer of round tortilla chips on the tray.
  4. Put a teaspoon of refried beans on each chip followed by a teaspoon of sour cream.
  5. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese over the chips.
  6. Sprinkle chopped green onions, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, and black olives on top.
  7. Serve as is.
