Ingredients

  • 7 qt. cucumbers
  • 1 c. salt
  • 1 c. dry mustard
  • 1 gal. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sugar substitute

Instructions

  1. Wash and pack cucumbers in jars.
  2. Mix dry mustard, salt, and sugar substitute, then add to vinegar.
  3. Pour the vinegar mixture over the cucumbers in the jars.
  4. Seal the jars immediately without heating.
