Cole Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head cabbage
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 scallions
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 Tbsp. honey
  • dash salt
  • dash pepper

Instructions

  1. Shred cabbage fine.
  2. Grate peeled carrots into cabbage.
  3. Slice scallions (mostly green and some of white); mix with cabbage and carrots.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
  5. Pour over cabbage and mix well.
  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
