Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. walnut oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Macadamia nut oil
  • 4 slices pressed tofu, cubed
  • 1 can green beans, drained and with juice reserved
  • 1 (18 oz.) can Italian-style stewed tomatoes
  • 4 cups cooked noodles
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add walnut oil and macadamia nut oil to the pan.
  3. Saute the cubed tofu for 2 to 3 minutes until lightly browned.
  4. Add green beans, reserved juice, stewed tomatoes, and cooked noodles to the pan.
  5. Heat the mixture for about 5 minutes or until hot throughout.
  6. Transfer the dish onto a serving platter.
  7. Top with Parmesan cheese, wheat germ, and sunflower seeds before serving.
