Ingredients

  • 1 lb. can cream-style corn
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 stick margarine or butter
  • dash of salt

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients (sugar, flour, salt) together.
  2. Combine cream-style corn, milk, and melted margarine or butter in a separate bowl.
  3. Add the dry mixture to the corn mixture and stir well.
  4. Beat the eggs slightly and fold them into the mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a well buttered 2-quart baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
  7. Stir once after the first 25 minutes of baking.
  8. Bake until the pudding is firm and slightly browned.
